The diet: You will first detox your  liver properly and make it work as an efficient  fat burning, metabolism boosting organ that it is supposed to be. Then you will learn what to eat, to keep your fat burning process even as you sleep. It is easy to follow and non restrictive.

The workout: Optional, highly recommended! You will understand why long cardio exercises (treadmill, elliptical) are not the best choice for fat loss. Easy to follow videos will teach you exercises to be performed only 3 times a week, 15 minutes per session.
